Soccer is a powerful tool for reaching out to young people in the Himalayas. The friendly inter-church football competition in Badharjhula, Chitwan, organized by RHMI was an exciting place and a great event for sharing the Gospel with many people. With a major aim of equipping youth with the Gospel and having fellowship and unity with many churches, we won many souls for Christ.
Four footballs and football kits were distributed by Bikash G., our RHMI mission field supervisor. He also gave encouraging and motivational words of God to the teams and all those attending the competition.
These community competitions and other events provide an opportunity to have a great impact on lives for the Lord. Suggestions to attend a coming Music festival in the near future to impact more lives were an inspiration.
