1 Peter 2:19-24
For this is commendable, if because of conscience toward God one endures grief, suffering wrongfully. For what credit is it if, when you are beaten for your faults, you take it patiently? But when you do good and suffer, if you take it patiently, this is commendable before God. For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps.

Pastor A. is a living example of what Apostle Paul has asked us to be in this scripture verse in 1 Peter. A strong devotee of Hinduism, he has a heart melting testimony along with his Hindu father. After coming to Christ, both Pastor A. and his father did their best to evangelize the whole village but were exiled from their own house, accused of following foreign a religion, spit upon, beaten up and even chased to be killed. But the ruthless villagers kneeled before his tireless endeavors. Gradually, one after another, villagers began accepting Jesus. People started witnessing great miracles and signs and wonders; blind person regained eyesight, women with bleeding disorders got healed, cripples started walking, TB patient got healed, paralyzed started walking and many more.
Praises to the Lord! What a great love of our omnipotent God!

Pastor A. has always been so committed to reach remote places in the distance, crossing life-taking and sweeping big rivers exceeding above the neck and travelling 8-9 hours daily to win one more soul of his native people. Today, he is taking care of one of the biggest churches we have in our mission fields in the Himalayas.
Thank you partners for your kindness and sacrificial support that makes our native missionaries like Pastor A. feel that someone in person, cares about them and salutes their praiseworthy sacrifices for God.
